Fred is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations. He is a hands-on owner who participates in electrical work.

During his collegiate career, Mr. Washington earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Studies from Indiana State University. In addition to running his company, Fred serves as a Professor at Oakton Community College. He is a member of the Waukegan Chamber of Commerce.
