Cambridge Who's Who Names John D. Allen Professional of the Year in Business Consulting
Mr. Allen specializes in coaching his clients on how to increase their revenue and profitability for little or no money

THOMAS, ON, CANADA, November 28, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- John Allen, President and Chief Executive Officer of Allen Small Business Coaching, has been named a Cambridge Who's Who Professional of the Year in Business Consulting. While inclusion in the Cambridge Who's Who Registry is an honor, only a small selection of members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, years of service, and the credentials they have provided in association with their Cambridge Who's Who membership.

For Mr. Allen, having a near-death experience is possibly the best thing that has ever happened to him. It provided him not only with an exceptional drive to succeed, but a passion for helping others succeed as well. After being given a second chance at life, he decided to make it his mission to help small business owners give their businesses hope for another chance at success. He brings more than four decades of professional experience to his role of president and CEO of Allen Small Business Consulting where Mr. Allen specializes in coaching his clients on how to increase their revenue and profitability for little or no money. He also conducts workshops and instructs on various business topics, such as holding effective meetings, hiring exceptional workers, and managing time efficiently.

One of Mr. Allen's greatest career achievements occurred when he was working for the Henderson Directory. He coached a sales representative on the most effective method of selling ads in the directory, which was sold to various businesses thropughout Saskatoon, SK. Later, the vice president of the sales representative's company contacted Mr. Allen to let him know that the sales representative had achieved a 125-year top sales record, all because of Mr. Allen's advice.

Mr. Allen is also very proud of the nine years he spent as an operations superintendent and ISO head internal auditor with Commissionaires North Saskatchewan, a trusted security company. When he was with University Scholarship, he was also able to give a number of children the hope of college education, and his efforts were formally recognized by the company's vice president.

Mr. Allen has spent many years studying with great teachers, coaches and mentors, and has studied extensively through a number of business courses. These teachings have helped him establish his own unique form of coaching small businesses to grow to their potential. Mr. Allen continuously strives to study his profession on an ongoing basis. Furthermore, he is affiliated with the London Networkers Association and the Elgin Military Museum. In the years to come, he intends to offer more teleseminars and webinars to his clients enabling him to reach more people.
